There are many forms of the Binary Comp Plan floating around out there however the basis allows its network marketing reps a maximum number of two frontline associates. This is another team focused plan, after the first two frontline positions are filled new reps are placed in your downline for all to make money on and train (no one gets something for nothing).
As a network marketing leader your main goal in this comp plan is balance. Balancing the business volume on both of your legs. For example with some variations of binary if you had one leg doing 500 business points and the other doing 300, you would lose the offset amount of 200 business points. (note: some companies have started a “carry over” program where those 200 pts are carried over into the next month)
Because there is no depth limit onions each level of your team is paid out making it really easy to understand and because of this you have people above you that have an interest in seeing you succeed. This team approach makes the Binary very attractive because there is a lot of support (both initial and ongoing) because everyone is working toward one goal “making money”.
Just to be clear – because there are no downline restrictions, their other always other earning potential which maxes out to ensure that both the reps and company make a profit (this varies from company to company).
I’d also like to point out that the Binary Comp Plan is one of the favorites among network marketers, although its not the most lucrative it does allow for very high income levels while combined with supportive teamwork that is generally found within companies using this compensation model, there is a lot to like about the Binary Plan.
