Thoughts from Robert T. Kiyosaki, author of “The Business School,” on network marketing and his BESI classifcations:
Generally, people can be categorized into four categories — Business, Employee, Self Employee, Investor. People in the Employee and Self Employee category have less freedom than people in the Business and Investor category. Those in the Business and Investor category can reach the level of financial freedom.
Network marketing is one way to achieve the Business level because it promises high income for those who are serious enough to do it. Network marketing, or multi-level marketing, can theoretically produce unlimited income. Network marketing or MLMs can even be bequeathed to an appointed heir.
Many MLM businesses have collapsed because of improper management. Look for a good network marketing company to partner with, a leader in the industry, to point you in the right direction. Starting on own without help, your odds of success are very low.
Like any business, the marketing aim is finding people who are actually interested in what you actually have an offer. In an MLM, leads you would like to generate are people who are very comfortable with idea to start their business, and working from the house, as well as have the motivation to succeed in this business.
The real key to success in the network marketing business is not selling the products and services, but the sponsoring of representatives. You not only get commission when you sign them but also on their orders up each month. The greater the size of the team, the more you will be earning.
