My husband loves tea. It doesn’t matter whether its hot or cold. He drinks it so much that I worry if this healthy for him. I know that tea has antioxidants that are good for you but the amount of caffeine in the tea leaves is what concerns me. I also don’t know if you can actually drink to much tea. In my research I thought it would be helpful to see how the Herbalife tea worked. Would this be a better option for my husband? Should I even worry about this or not? Just a concerned wife looking for answers.
