I bought some Mary Kay makeup a few weeks ago and i am not happy with my purchase. I used the items for about two weeks but none of the makeup looked good on me and i found that the skincare products dried my face out a lot. I'm not sure if it's the colors in the makeup, the formula of the face wash, toner, and moisturizer, or the combination of the makeup with the skincare but I don't want it and would like my money back. is there any way to return my items and receive a full refund?

chances are you can exchange stuff but not return it. not entirely sure, this is just what my mom told me and she uses mary kay... if i had to guess, you can’t exchange or return anything that is open and in order to get an exchange you probably have to have your receipt

no returns are possible. you're just out of luck (and money.) the company doesn’t care if your pleased and as long as the person you bought stuff from gets their commission, they’re happy. Ask anyone who has ever bought the wrong product from MK… you’ll hear horror stories.

yeah, you can get a full refund if you're not happy with your products for any reason, even if you've opened the items. This is because mary kay stands behind all of their products and wants you to be happy with your selection! All you have to do is ask your consultant

yes, you can return mary kay products for a full refund or exchange. if your consultant isn't active anymore, you do need proof of purchase in order for your return/exchange to be completed. however, returning things only holds true for authorized sales (meaning not the stuff that you bought on Amazon)
