Hey, I'm Aubrey! I need some advice. I’ve been trying to lose some weight for a while now with no luck at getting any results that I planned on getting when I first started. I know a lot of diets don’t pan out the way you want, so I was thinking of trying something new. I haven’t taken dietary supplements or anything like that before. My older sister says she loved being on Herbalife, but I also heard of this place called advocare having their own dietary stuff. Does anyone know which one is the best? Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

I looked these two up since this question intrigued me. My brother wants me to get him some advocare stuff for his birthday and so I wanted to learn more about both too. Turns out, Herbalife has more evidence with their weight loss stuff called meal replacement shakes. Apparently, even healthline says this stuff gets some results from people. That’s saying something since not a lot of places have proof of what they advertise.

Hey, Aubrey. I know how terrible and annoying diets can be. That’s why I like using Herbalife’s meal replacement shakes myself when I was trying to lose weight. I liked the stuff, but I also maintained a healthy diet and drank a lot of water and did some yoga. I was able to obtain the body figure I wanted. Of course, this stuff might not work for you.

I guess it really depends on how motivated and disclipned you are with staying on track with you diet and exercise. If you take either one of these and don’t eat a good, healthy diet or don’t exercise too, then you might not get any results. However, I have heard a lot more good things about Herbalife, so you could check them out first.

Herbalife! I know a lot of people probably say bad things about MLM companies, but I got to say that there’s a lot of good things said online about herbalife’s meal replacement plan. However, you could still try out advocare. I guess whichever one you can afford might be the one you pick too.
