I've recently been recruited by Amway again (this is my third time) and I need to know if I'm missing something I need to be aware of. I know Amway has been around for fifty years and I know many people think Amway is a good idea. I think I joined them one time but I didn't stay in it very long and I've forgotten what I learned. I'm thinking I can't make enough money with Amway unless I aggressively recruit new members. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or can they let me know how it worked out for them?

Amway has a stellar reputation on BBB and has been a ranked BBB member for almost 30 years (since 1991). I've been working at Amway with my husband for 10 years and our experience has been very positive. I've never met anyone who works here that doesn't say positive things about the company or love the products. The trolls seem to exist only online which makes them highly suspect. We all need to try new things from time to time and have dedication and courage in making it come together for you.

I've been working for Amway for 12 years. Amway has 17,000+ employees and we are in 100 countries and territories throughout the world including Canada, China, India, Japan, and Thailand. Every cleaning household product Amway has is very much a top-tier and high-quality household cleaning products are every bit as high-quality, cleaner. Each of them are fully biodegradable and comprised of organic ingredients. I think its incredibly sad that while Amway has such amazing product lines, people still have to ask if there's something wrong with the job offer from Amway.

My brother became a Diamond last year after five years and is making a lot of money. I have realized Amway can make you rich but it does take a lot of hard work. The problem with people on the outside looking is - is they want something that gets them rich quick. They want all the rewards without the work and that's not realistic. Every person no matter who you are or where you work could get fired or layed off or the job doesn't work out. Amway is like your job. There's no difference and you should move forward with this opportunity and make it your own.

You'll be comfortable working for Amway.I'm not going to lie to you and say you'll be rich. But if you really work the program you'll realize how to become a leader in the business. As you grow in the program you'll still hear that Amway sells fake stuff, its products are too expensive, or sponsoring is very difficult but regardless of what's thrown at you if you don't listen to the BS then you'll put a plan before people while teaching/motivating them to do the same as you did and you'll start to grow.
