I’m not really good at reading about health and fitness and losing weight. I get really confused when I read it and then my mind spins off into another distraction like watching tv or something. I’m really bad at researching so I was hoping you guys could help me out real quick. I’m trying to figure out which is healthier for me to take—advocare or shakeology? I’m trying to lose some weight and then stay in shape forever. Or that’s the plan. I want to stay on track and not go back to eating bad again. So please help me figure this out!
