  5. what advocare products are gluten free

I’ve been talking to my brother about how he feels better when he’s on a gluten free diet. It sounds pretty awesome, but I also use advocare products a lot to help me keep in shape and healthy. However, I’m not so sure that advocare has a lot of gluten free products. I might have to forget about the new diet if that’s the case, but if not, then I will maybe try out any that’s gluten-free. I don’t know if you guys know much about gluten-free stuff, so maybe this is question is all for nothing. But if you guys do know any of their products that are gluten-free, please comment about it.

Spark, ThermoPlus, and Catalyst are a few that seem to have no gluten in the ingredients. However, none of advocates products are certified to be gluten free. So it’s really up to you if you want to take their products that don’t seem to have gluten in the ingredients. It might be more serious if you’re allergic since it could have gluten in it from the machinery they use.

I heard that MNS packets and Rehydrate advocare products are known to not have gluten in them. However, you might decide to use another place to get your healthy stuff from since their website says that they are certified for gluten free products. So technically none of their products is 100% gluten free. I was on a gluten free diet before and I would still eat stuff that wasn’t certified gluten free but it’s your choice.

Advocare’s V02 bars, OmegaPlex, and ProBiotic might be a few products that might not have gluten in them. I usually like to look at the ingredients and look for wheat or something similar to see if they have gluten stuff in them. These don’t seem to have it in them but I guess they are certified gluten free so you might not want to use them if you don’t want to.

I know advocare doesn’t have certrified gluten free products. So, technically they can’t advertise gluten free products because of it. However, if you are serious about staying gluten-free then you can look at their ingredients and go from there. I know Spark and ThermoPlus doesn’t seem to have gluten in it but it’s up to you to use their products anyway.
