  5. can advocare cause uti

Asked: 2019-06-20 16:24:23

I wanted to lose weight, so I started taking some of the supplements by AdvoCare. A few weeks into using them, I noticed that I was having a hard time urinating. I decided to go to the doctor and found out that I have a urinary tract infection. I am embarrassed that I am taking supplements to lose weight, so I didn’t want to talk to my doctor about it. Could the supplements have caused my UTI or is there something else that may have caused it? I don’t want to keep taking something that is going to give me a UTI.

UTIs are common for women. They are often caused when women wipe from back to front instead of from front to back. You may be wiping improperly and that caused you to develop a UTI rather than the supplements that you are taking. Try wiping differently and see if that helps.

AdvoCare supplements don’t cause urinary tract infections. They help you lose weight and could make you feel dehydrated if you don’t drink enough water when you take them, but they won’t cause you to develop a UTI. You should talk to your doctor to find out what is causing it though, so that you can prevent more in the future.

If you don’t bathe enough, it can cause you to get a UTI. This is because you have so much bacteria in the delicate areas of your body and it can lead to an infection developing. It’s best to take the medication that the doctor gives you and then bathe regularly. Be sure to avoid a lot of bubble bath solutions as they can cause UTIs too.

Why would you not want to tell your doctor that you are taking supplements? You should tell your doctor everything that they are taking to ensure that you are safe when you are using them. The AdvoCare supplements probably didn’t cause the UTI, but it’s best to let your doctor know so you can get the right diagnosis.
