I am trying to figure out exactly how an mlm works. From what I understand you buy products from the business and then attempt to sell those products. Once those products are sold you make a profit on all sales. You should also recruit other people to sell and whenever they are able to make a sale you will also make a profit. “Is this how mlm works?” It sounds like an interesting concept that determines your profit based on how proactive you are about selling and recruiting. What to you all know about this type of business is it a pyramid scheme that will eventually collapse taking all my money with it. Please help me so I dont make a mistake.

I really don't see the difference between an Amway mlm and a pyramid scheme but this is purely my opinion. An Amway mlm works by paying you money for your sales as well as the sales of any of the other people that you happen to recruit, that much I do know. I don't like the idea of my commission being dependent on what other people sell but that's a personal preference. Apparently a lot of people have succeeded with this business model but many have also failed. If you put in a lot of effort you may see success.

Amway MLM is often confused with a pyramid scheme. The truth is that an MLM is completely different from a pyramid scheme. With a pyramid scheme the focus is solely on recruiting in order to make profits. With an MLM like Amway the focus is on direct sales. This means that you will make a profit based on sales from the people you recruit and from your own sales as well. It is the best of both worlds. This dream prompts thousands of people to sign up for Amway every single year.

Amway MLM is based on the sales that you make and the sales of all the people that you get to join Amway along with you. This means that the more you and them sell the more profit you will get. So your profit is directly connected with these people’s sales. If you do get into this business try to sell as much as you can and encourage those that you have signed up to sell as much as they can as well. That's the whole premise. The more product you move in a given month the fatter your paycheck will look.

You get the most out of an Amway MLM when the people that you sign up make a lot of sales. You should also try to make as many sales as possible for yourself in order to make money. This is basically how the Amway mlm works. It kind of puts you at the mercy of the productivity of the people you sign up but that is how all MLM schemes work. I guess you just have to try to motivate people. The more you are able to do this the better your bonus will look.
