Market your toll-free number without hang-ups


Toll-free numbers have been proven to boost response rates — making a call to place an order costs customers nothing. If you don’t have one, get one. And if your network marketing company has one, promote it.

It costs you nothing to promote your network marketing company provided, toll-free order line. Print it prominently on business cards and brochures.

(Caution: only promote the company’s toll-free number to those you’ve already signed up or to prospects who will have your ID number when calling in. Otherwise, you may lose prospects who simply sign up directly under the network marketing company.)

If you place paid network marketing advertising, it pays to have your own toll-free number. According to AT&T, people are seven times more likely to call a toll-free number than a number they have to pay for.

Not having to pay for the call makes it easy for someone reading your ad to pick up the phone and dial. Most responders to network marketing ads are acting impulsively. The toll-free call eliminates any barrier which might delay the impulse to call, which could disappear in a short time.

Adding your own toll-free number is easy. Charges for incoming calls can be less than $.03 per minute. You can even set your number up so that calls to your toll-free number are routed to your land line: you don’t have to pay for a separate line.
