The business plan is very straightforward in my opinion. You sign up and start selling based on sales and the sales of those that you sign up you will make a profit from it. You have to work very hard with this kind of business model because if everybody does not play their part or if everybody is not industrious you don't make a lot of money. This is why many people don't succeed. It is entirely possible to sell enough product to make a decent living all on your own but if you want to graduate to the next level then you will need to have the people you sign up sell lots of products.

Just like with any other sales plan, you have to make sure that you are on the ground and connecting with people all the time in order to get the full benefits. It's nice that they allow you to make a commission from whatever the people you bring into Amway sell as well. What you can basically do is write down the cost of how much you paid for the products that you are selling and then take away, how much you sell it to the customer for. Then you will be able to calculate your profit. It's important that you try not to mark up your products too much because I believe there are actually laws against that in the United States, your prices have to be competitive. There are other countries in which Amway products are sold that do not have these restrictions.
