I am totally tired so I might not be making a whole lot of sense. I just wanted to ask you all something that could help me out big time when grocery shopping happens tomorrow. I am trying to decide which is a better option for me since ive decided to eat healthier and lose some weight to get some attention from someone special in my class. Anyway, I was hoping you guys would know if advocare or it works is better for something like this? If you guys have any personal andedotes on the matter or some research then that would be awesome!
