what advocare products can I take together

Hey I was hoping you all could help a guy out here. Name is Randy and I’m trying to figure out how to take my advocare stuff. I got their Advocare Cleanse but I also got a few more that I have in the cupboard. However, it’s the first time I started using this Cleanse stuff. I was looking online and stuff and it says that you can’t take it with some other the other advocare stuff. can someone explain to me what advocare productst that I can take together while I’m on this Cleanse stuff. I don’t understand why I have to discontinue some but I want to make sure I know the right ones to not use.

You might want to call the distributor you used to make sure you are taking the Cleanse right. However, I think you aren’t supposed to take any of their Thermogenic products. Those are ones such as the MNS color packets, ThermoPlus, and PRE. I’m not sure if there are other ones though.

I don’t think you are allowed to take the thermogenic products with the AdvoCare Cleanse. It seems really serious for them to tell people this since it’s on their website. It makes you wonder why but I guess a lot of medications and supplements are like this now adays. I think you are allowed to take the Cleanse with the other AdvoCare products though.

Hey Randy, it’s pretty simple once you understand which ones is which. I know you shouldn’t take any of the thermogenic products like the MNS color packs, ThermoPlus, and PRE stuff while you are taking the Cleanse. However, you can still take the othe advocare stuff but you can only take it several hours after you take your advocare fiber.

I had to look this question up for you to make sure I understood it completely. I guess you can’t take any of the thermogenic products with Advocare Cleanse. You should look up all the thermogenic products to make sure you don’t have any of them. However, if you decide to use the other advocare ones, you have to wait several hours after taking Advocare Fiber before you can take them.
