I’ve been a customer of ACN for quite some time, but no longer want to use their services. I feel that there is another option locally that I would like to try, but I’ve never figured out how to cancel my account with ACN. What are the steps that I need to take to be able to cancel my subscription? Is it a big hassle or will it be pretty easy to cancel? Do I have to pay a fee to cancel it or can I just do it, and everything be over and done with the company in the end?
